WIC Eligibility Assessment for New Users
DC WIC users provide information regarding where you live, participation on other government programs, income, and family to determine if you and/or your family qualify for WIC services. The information provided may also be used to help ensure the appropriate nutritional benefits are issued to qualified WIC participants. Information collected during WIC eligibility assessment will not be shared with any outside entities. An DC WIC clinic representative may contact you with additional questions or to schedule an appointment.
Existing Users
DC WIC users will be able to review upcoming appointment information (if applicable) and provide information to help determine if you and/or your family qualify for WIC services. The information provided may also be used to help ensure the appropriate nutritional benefits are issued to qualified WIC participants. Information uploaded to the website will not be shared with any outside entities.
Sign in with Facebook or Google
DC WIC users create an account by signing in with either their Facebook or Google account. DC WIC obtains the email address associated with your Facebook or Google account to create your DC WIC account. DC WIC does not save, use, or update any information linked to your Facebook or Google account. The DC WIC Program will not share any information you provide in DC WIC to Google or Facebook. The DC WIC Program values your privacy and will not share your Facebook or Google email address with any other entities.
Data Processing
The DC WIC Program utilizes and processes the caregiver and family information provided, including: first name, last name, date of birth, phone number, email address, residency information, to determine eligibility for the DC WIC Program.
